For healthcare operations leaders
ScoutHQ scouts healthcare ops jobs 24/7 across Hackensack Meridian, Holy Name, Englewood Health, NYU Langone, and every relevant system in the corridor. It finds listings, verifies contacts, scores opportunities, and drafts outreach — all before you ever lift a finger. You approve every send. No auto-apply, no LinkedIn bans, no cold spray-and-pray.
The problem
LinkedIn Easy Apply in 2026 averages a one-in-a-thousand callback. You're not underqualified. You're just lost in a queue.
LinkedIn and Indeed ToS explicitly prohibit third-party auto-apply tools. Use them and you risk account bans — with no recourse.
Hunting for the right contact at the right company, verifying emails, tailoring cover letters — it adds up to weeks of work per job search cycle.
Sourced candidates close at 5x the rate of cold applications. The data is clear. The strategy is obvious. Nobody had built the tool yet.
The model
ScoutHQ splits the job search into two distinct systems:
This is the architectural commitment that makes ScoutHQ different. Automation serves your control, not replaces it.
The scout refuses to exceed your cap. If drafts queue faster than the limit, it warns you. You control the pace.
What it does
Ingests listings from Adzuna and direct health system career feeds. Scores each 0–100 against your criteria with a one-line reason and explicit dealbreaker flags. Deduplicates across sources. Shows the real apply channel (Workday, iCIMS, Taleo) — not Easy Apply.
Builds a target company list across provider systems, payers, digital health, and VBC orgs. Identifies the right contact in priority order: functional hiring leader, in-house talent acquisition, generic HR last resort. Uses Hunter to find and verify every business email before it enters a draft.
Every email and cover letter is written against a strict anti-AI-detection ruleset. No em-dashes, no "journey" or "navigate" or "unpack," no forced triads, no dummy "it's" openers. Sentence length varies. References are specific, not platitudinous.
Re-ranks your resume bullets against each job description's keyword footprint. ATS scores your tailored resume before you submit. We don't pretend to beat the algorithm — we learn it.
For board roles: pre-fills Workday / iCIMS / Taleo forms, then stops. You click submit. Never auto-submit. Never touch LinkedIn Easy Apply or any tool banned by their ToS.
Every opportunity: company, role, vertical, source, match score, contact, verification status, pipeline stage, dates, next-action reminders. Weekly stats by channel — outreach reply rate vs. board apply rate — so you know where to shift effort.
How we build
Usable day one. Enter opportunities by hand, see the full pipeline, understand the workflow before any automation touches it.
Adzuna + direct career feeds on a schedule. Scoring, deduping, dealbreaker flags, ATS channel detection. The scout starts filling your tracker automatically.
The prose engine. Hunter.io enrichment integrated. Every draft reads human, sounds specific, passes the eye test of a hiring manager who's seen a thousand AI form letters.
Direct channel goes live. Hunter verification, email drafting, hard daily cap enforcement. This is the primary engine.
Only if needed. Workday / iCIMS pre-fill, human-submit only. Low priority, earns its place by proving the outreach channel isn't enough.
Bergen County. NYC Metro. Healthcare Ops.
ScoutHQ is built for one person with one target market and a specific set of roles. If that person is you, the difference between using this and not using it is not marginal. It is the difference between being in the running and being a name someone remembers.
